Our approach: three small steps
Show me
You do the routine first, slowly, beside your child or face to face. Your child learns by watching. You don't need many words.
Do it with me
You do it together, at the same slow pace. Your child copies you. Gentle help, like resting your hands lightly over theirs, only if your child is happy with it.
Let me try
You step back a little and let your child lead, while you stay close and watch. Help a little less each time, and celebrate the trying, not perfection.
These guides are general education, not medical, dental or therapy advice.
